Return Policy – Gaming Playmats
At GFQ Underground Gaming, we want you to be happy with your purchase! We’ve implemented a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for any manufacturer defects.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have questions or concerns about your product, reach out to us at contact@gfqunderground.com — we’ll be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Defective Products
If your playmat has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it with the same item. To qualify:

The defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

The issue must be the result of a manufacturing error, not damage from misuse or general wear and tear.
Custom Playmats
Custom playmats are printed to order after customer approval of the final image and mock-up.

If your submitted image is low-resolution or has other formatting concerns, GFQ Underground Gaming will reach out with suggestions to help improve the quality.

Once the customer approves the image and/or mock-up, the playmat will be printed exactly as requested form approval..

After final approval, GFQ Underground Gaming is not responsible for any image quality or formatting issues, including dissatisfaction with the printed image resulting from the customer-approved design.
Please ensure all custom images are high-quality and correctly formatted before giving final approval.
